Chính Sách Dịch Vụ Hậu Mãi Fluidra Vietnam

Mục tiêu

Đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng và duy trì tiêu chuẩn chất lượng dịch vụ ở mức cao.

1. Phạm vi bảo hành

• Sản phẩm AstralPool và Zodiac được bảo hành 3 năm, sản phẩm Baracuda được bảo hành 2 năm kể từ ngày mua.
• Bảo hành chỉ áp dụng cho hư hỏng do lỗi sản xuất.
• Phụ tùng chính hãng như bo mạch điện tử, cụm cell, hộp điều khiển, cụm mô-tơ dẫn động được bảo hành 1 năm.
• Dịch vụ sửa chữa được bảo hành 90 ngày.

2. Điều kiện dịch vụ

• Khách hàng cần gửi yêu cầu kiểm tra hoặc dịch vụ thông qua các kênh dịch vụ chính thức do Fluidra Vietnam thông báo hoặc qua Call Center.
• Dịch vụ hậu mãi được cung cấp theo các điều khoản và điều kiện nêu trong hợp đồng dịch vụ.
• Có thể đổi sản phẩm mới trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày mua nếu bao bì còn nguyên vẹn, không hư hại.
• Phụ tùng sẽ được thay thế trong thời gian bảo hành theo quy định của công ty.
• Sản phẩm gửi bảo hành phải còn nguyên hiện trạng, không bị chỉnh sửa, tháo gỡ hoặc thay đổi linh kiện.
• Yêu cầu có hóa đơn hoặc chứng từ mua hàng cho mọi trường hợp bảo hành.

3. Các trường hợp không được bảo hành

Bảo hành không áp dụng trong các trường hợp sau:

• Hư hỏng do thiên tai như lũ lụt, sét đánh, động đất hoặc các hiện tượng bất khả kháng khác.
• Hư hỏng do lắp đặt không đúng hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất hoặc nhà phân phối.
• Hư hỏng do sử dụng sai mục đích, sử dụng không đúng cách, bất cẩn hoặc tự ý cải tạo, chỉnh sửa sản phẩm trái với khuyến nghị của nhà sản xuất/nhà phân phối.
• Hư hỏng do sửa chữa, can thiệp bởi cá nhân/đơn vị không phải kỹ thuật viên của công ty hoặc trung tâm dịch vụ ủy quyền.
• Hư hỏng do tai nạn hoặc hành vi cố ý.
• Sử dụng sản phẩm ngoài mục đích được thiết kế.
• Không tuân thủ chế độ bảo dưỡng, bảo trì định kỳ theo hướng dẫn trong sách hướng dẫn sử dụng.
• Sử dụng phụ tùng không chính hãng hoặc không được công ty phê duyệt là phụ tùng tiêu chuẩn.
• Vận hành trong môi trường không phù hợp như độ ẩm quá cao, nhiệt độ quá nóng hoặc nhiều bụi vượt mức cho phép trong tài liệu kỹ thuật.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Power surges or voltage drops
• Lightning strikes
• Excessive humidity, as indicated by rust or corrosion on the equipment

Filter

Important Notice
The warranty does not cover damages caused by Water Hammer (sudden pressure surges in the water system).

Heater and Heat Pump

Important Notice
Warranty does not apply in cases where the temperature lock setting has been manually adjusted or exceeded beyond the factory default configuration.

Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid only when the product is properly maintained under standard pool water conditions:

• pH: 7.2 – 7.6
• Chlorine (Cl): 0.6 – 3 PPM

Regular cleaning is required to prevent corrosion and rust on stainless steel (S.S.) surfaces.

Failure to maintain cleanliness may cause oxidation stains and rust penetration on the stainless steel material.

Please read the installation manual carefully and follow the company’s installation and maintenance standards to ensure product durability and compliance with warranty terms.

UNDER WATER LIGHT

Important Notice
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Water entering the electrical connector or cable,
• Water ingress through the power line, or
• Incorrect voltage levels (lower or higher than the specified operating range).

Please ensure installation is performed strictly according to the official installation manual and complies with the standards specified by the manufacturer.

Automatic Cleaner (Robot)

Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid only when the product is properly maintained and used under standard water conditions:

• pH: 7.2 – 7.6
• Chlorine (Cl): 0.6 – 3 PPM

After each use, the cleaner should be cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
